February Anniversaries

I know - it's March, not February, and I'm late with the anniversaries! Without going into too much detail, let's just say that February was crazy and I'm glad it's over. So, onto the task at hand . . .

I want to send very Happy Anniversary wishes to my two February 2009 couples who've now been married for a year.

First is Emily and Don, married at Immaculate Conception with their reception at the Greek Orthodox hall. I'm very excited to be seeing them again when I photograph Emily's MOH's wedding this coming June.

Next up is Steph and Greg, best friends of Charley and John, my couple from 2005 already now. Steph and Greg had their ceremony and reception at The Sherrie Gallerie, a beautiful and unique spot for being married.

November 1 marked Erika and Jeremy's first wedding anniversary, and if I'd been in town, I'd have blogged it then, so please pardon my tardiness. Erika and Jeremy came to me from a long line of referrals and also then sent me Mary and Greg, whose October 24 wedding is blogged directly beneath this post. Needless to say, it was great to see them again at Mary and Greg's wedding.

I'm a tiny bit tardy, but want to send big Happy Anniversary wishes to Kate and Creig, who were married one year ago Sunday at Sacred Heart church in Italian Village, with their reception at The Renaissance. I want to give a great big shout out to Megan and Elwood, who are celebrating their one-year anniversary today. Megan and Elwood were such a fun couple and we had a blast shooting their wedding and reception last year, complete with the OSU Alumni Band as a surprise for Elwood.

Big Happy Anniversary wishes to Leah and Andy, who were married a year ago July 12 at The Lakes. We had some torrential downpours off and on all day, but managed to stay dry and have a great time. Here are a few images to commemorate their big day:

I'm a couple days late, but the sentiment is the same: big happy anniversary wishes to Laura and Mark, who were married one year ago July 5 at St. Joseph Cathedral with a fabulous reception at Taylor Mansion. And now we have happy anniversary wishes for Nikki and Nathan, married the week after Kelly and Bo and also at The Columbus Athenaeum but in completely different roooms, so the feel for their wedding was totally different. That's what I like about The Athenaeum - variety!

I'm a little tardy, but with good reason, so now it's back to the business of posting great wishes for my June 2008 couples celebrating one-year anniversaries over the past week or so.

First up is Kelly and Bo, who were married at The Columbus Athenaeum, one of my favorite venues. Lots of different rooms there and all the staff are fabulous to work with!

I'd like to send big Happy Anniversary wishes to Megan and Nik, who celebrated their one-year anniversary yesterday. Their wedding was held in their hometown of Fremont, Ohio, and the reception was at Camp Perry up on Lake Erie, where I'll be shooting the wedding reception of their friend and groomsman next June. It was a great location and I'm excited to be there again!

One year ago yesterday, Melissa and I photographed the beautiful outdoor wedding of Kristen and Ben, down at Cheers Chalet in Lancaster. We had a lovely time with their friends and family and here are a few pictures to celebrate their anniversary.

And round two of the happy anniversary wishes goes out to Adriann and Reid, whose one-year anniversary is today. Adriann and Reid were married at Bexley United Methodist Church (site of Teresa and Bruce's wedding a couple weekends ago), with their reception at The Westin. Yesterday marked the one-year anniversary for Lindsey and Morgan, who were married at Morgan's parents' house in Bexley. It was a great ceremony and a lovely event, and here a few images to mark the occasion.

With the holidays and everything else, I almost forgot to blog a Happy Anniversary to Katie and Travis, who were married one year ago December 15 at Royal American Golf Club. That was the one and only day in December that we had snow and it was really beautiful.
